This is not a review of the cookware quality. I researched the heck out of it and I'm confident that we'll love the SS GP5. Purchasing however... this set was on sale for $560. In the product photo there were only pans and lids but below 'add to cart' was a 5 piece utensil set (didn't want it, didn't need it, didn't order it) that said "free with purchase over $275 while supplies last." Upon checkout I saw the 5 piece utensil set with a charge of $24?! I guess supplies didn't last (!) but I shouldn't have been forced to buy them (couldn't remove it). Also, when on any of the pages a box pops up that says 'save $25' - so sure, why not as I'm about to check out. I sign up for it, there's no details on any restrictions and Greenpan sends me a code to use at checkout. I enter it (a few times to make sure it's entered correctly) and a message pops up that the code is not valid with this purchase! So, they were not truthful about the $25 savings AND I'm "forced" into a $24 utensil charge of which I have a drawerful. As I said, I'm sure the cookware will be 5 stars and I'll come back to rate again but this was an awful start.

Our first set of Green Pan cookware (the pans we use the most) are wearing out mostly due to us not taking care of them as well as we should. We’ve had them for more than 8 years. Having owned allot of different brands of non stick these Green Pan are by far the best. Durable, safe, nice feel in hand, excellent non stick surface. We’re now just purchased 3 more skillets in the GP5 iteration and i can see all the engineering improvements. I expect these pans will last even longer than our first set. As long as Green Pan keeps innovating and improving and doesn’t let their success ultimately end up in poorer quality products secondary to wanting increased profits (something that happens all the time in this day and age) we are customers for life.

I LOVE to cook and I never thought I would own a set of pans that are this AMAZING!!! My pans were getting old and because I cook daily they have definitely been put to good use. I was actually a little nervous about using the pans, I didn't want to ruin them. I knew if I removed my old pans I would have no other choice than to use them. I decided to cook some sunny side up eggs in the 8 inch pan and those eggs didn't even think about sticking to this pan! I'm super excited because I love to cook steaks in my cast iron pan & this weekend I will be using the 10 inch pan with some bacon wrapped fillet mignon & what I'm most excited about is this set of pans can go directly under the broiler and up to 600° in your oven. The GP5 Green Pan FryPans Set have become my most favorite frying pans to use!! The set comes with both a 10 inch and 12 inch fry pan. I use these to cook on a daily basis. They’re extremely well made and it’s ceramic nonstick makes it a breeze for cleanup after using. A little soap and water easily removes the mess with no scrubbing needed. These are the perfect pans to cook burgers, steak, potatoes, chicken, eggs, veggies, etc. You name it, you can cook it in these pans. They heat up quickly and cook food evenly throughout! Food is easily removed from the pans as well and doesn’t stick! I love that you don’t need to use any cooking spray! Oil is recommeded . These are a must for everyone .I am impressed with this duo set of cooking pans. I absolutely love the fact they are made with safe materials for my family. I have not used any other pans, since I got these. I love that each pan came with care tips to keep your pans just like new . I have not had any issues with sticking or burning. These are the best cooking pans ever !!!. They are super durable and heavy but not to heavy and the handles on these pans does not get hot while cooking .
