The huge box arrived with the frying pan handle sticking out of the bottom corner of box

As we brought it in to the house my husband and I thought they put wheels on the bottom of box and some wheels were missing cause the box was uneven.

The handle stuck out about 3 to 4 inches
And scratched the wood floor
The handle also was scratched

Tried to call but didnt get thru and office was closed

There was no wrapping on the handle
I’m very disappointed with how packaged

This is my second set of D5 purchased within 12 months year

I feel compensation should be provided for this inappropriate and defective way of sending a very expensive product and scratching my floor

Very disappointed with this set. My set started staining and discolouring after one hand wash. Has this weird bronzing that makes it seem like it’s bleeding metals or something.

I messaged All Clad and they rejected any repairs as it’s “normal wear and tear”. My mother in law has an older set (over 10 years old) which is still shining so it seems like the quality has fallen through the roof.

For a $500+ set this is vastly over priced.

I tried to do the right thing and order directly from All-Clad instead of the big ecommerce site that starts with an A. It backfired. The pans looked nice, but when I placed them gently on my brand-new induction cooktop to test them, they buzzed loudly. I immediately put them back in the box and returned them. All-Clad charged me a 30% restocking fee on this expensive set, saying that they had been used (including the lids, which I never removed from the package), but were unwilling to show me any photo evidence to indicate that. I'm now out more than $150 and won't be shopping here again.

I used the 8 qt stockpot for basic chicken chili. It cooked up beautifully. However, clean-up was a different story. The pot looked terrible even after hand washing and cleaning with baking soda. I then boiled vinegar and water which took care of the swirling but not all of stains; Bon Ami did the trick for that. After close to an hour working with this pot, between the Dawn, baking soda, vinegar/water and Bon Ami, there is still a spot that appears to be a pit or scratch of some sort. Again, this is after ONE USE. I am so disappointed with this All-Clad. My other All-Clad from years past has even gone through the dishwasher and still looks brand new, and yes, I have hard water. Maybe All-Clad has changed their manufacturing process or from where they source their materials, but this is absolutely not the All-Clad I am used to.
