[Rewarded Review] A bit hard to use for a 1st time user
FredC10· Review provided by cuisinart.com · May 22, 2024
To preface, I love using non-stick pans and I use an induction stove. This is my first venture into stainless steel (after being traumatised from my mil's stainless steel pans that I spent hours scrubbing clean). I took great precaution to preheat the pan (inc. mercury testing for 20 mins) before generously oiling and then cooking. However, the meat still stuck and I'm not sure why. I wanted a stainless steel pan for searing my meat, but all the yummy brown bits ended up in the pan instead of my mouth :( Deglazing makes bomb pan sauce - but I also want crispy meat! I've waited until the meat self-releases, but when it does, the brown stuff remains on the pan and the meat is overcooked. Also, I suspect the heat conduction isnt top tier (comapred to the even more expensive options) because the meat near the rims of the pot never gets brown. Otherwise, the pan cleans up nicely - I don't have to spend hours scrubbing it clean after deglazing, so that's a big win.

I can’t say enough how much I love this Cuisinart set!

Stainless steel is a great heat conductor and really helps to distribute the heat evenly around the surface, so your food will cook better.

I use an induction burner and this set works perfectly fine.

This is a very complete set, everything you could need in your home, with the greatest quality and beautifully designed.

To clean them is very easy, I just follow the instructions and is absolutely accurate.

I’ve been wanting to own one of these kind of cookware set and finally I can see and experience them, it is absolutely worth the hype.

This set is perfect for beginners, experienced or just curious people with cooking curiosity.

If you’re wondering how heavy are they, yes they’re heavy but honestly I think is not that bad, the outcome of your food is worthy the extra pound.

.

I received this from HOME TESTER CLUB AND CUSINART as a free sample in exchange of my HONEST review after using the product.
[Rewarded Review] The best cooking set I have
Culi3· Review provided by cuisinart.com · May 17, 2024
When I first got this product, I felt great. I began unpacking all of the pots and pans, and I was blown away by the most beautiful product I have ever seen. The stainless steel fit my stove perfectly.

Let's start with the use cases. The different sizes allow different things to be cooked, such as stir-fried chicken or soup, depending on what you feel like making.

However, there were a few minor flaws. The handle on one of the pots was twisted and I am unsure if it was intentional or not. In addition, there was only one Teflon pan. This made it possible to cook things that stick to pans since there is no Teflon. Another problem was the tiny pot handle gets hot really quickly, which isn't great.

To fix these problems, adding more Teflon pans and increasing heat resistance on the handles would be helpful.

In conclusion, this cooking set is amazing for a variety of tasks. It is a huge improvement since my last set (now rusted), and I would 100% recommend buying this product.
[Rewarded Review] Cuisinart 10Pc Cookware Set

This Cuisinart 5-Ply Stainless Steel 10Pc Cookware Set arrived well packaged. This set has a very professional appearance and has added a nice touch to my kitchen. Thus far I have cooked chicken fajitas, eggs, hamburgers, and pulled pork BBQ and nothing has sticked. When using it is vitally important that you follow the care details in the product handbook that comes with the set. I recommend not cooking above medium to medium high as they hold heat very well and heat evenly. Cleanup is super simple. Fill the pot with hot water, let water get lukewarm and wipe clean with a soft sponge. Do not use hard bristles on this set as it will scratch the interior and exterior. The lids get hot when cooking, just like any other cookware set, so make sure you use a pot holder when taking the lid off. Also, use wooden or silicone utensils when cooking. This set is amazing and beautiful! I definitely recommend.
