The quality of these items really stands out. They're heavy, which is tough to deal with at times (though being smaller pots and pans, it's not too bad for the Minis), but it's also apparent that the quality is very high.

Love that it comes with a storage system. It would be great if it was magnetized, like what they provide with their larger pots and pans so we could snap it into the chain we have going on those bigger ones. You also have to get the lid in just right, often putting the pot and lid into the storage unit in unison, so the handle gets in the way (or you can turn it out, but then it bumps into other things we have in the area).

But the cookware is really excellent. So far, the finish has been extreme stick-resistant, and hasn't chipped or stained. We are making a point of using the right utensils and cleaning approach.

Only thing I'd change is to have glass lids. We're used to them, and not seeing what's going on is a little bit of an issue. Also wish the lid worked on both units. We have another pot with a lid that fits the fry pan, so we're ok, but I imagine other buyers would be surprised to find the lid only fits the pot.

Purchased (2-weeks aga) the cookware set and mini duo combination for my wife for her birthday. She already had a bakeware set, very heavy, very high quality, so my expectations were high. Caraway speaks truth to the adage that you get what you pay for. We have purchased cheap ceramic pans for our motorhome and have been disappointed. These pans are a joy to cook with. A little real butter, olive oil, or coconut oil and NOTHING sticks. When i say a little, i mean almost none. The pots and pans are thick and heavy duty. Short of cast iron I have never had anything heat so evenly, even some very expensive pans. We cook a LOT and I look forward to using these pans and having my wife use them. No nasty plastic or anodized non-stick. The lids are very nice, they seat perfectly, are heavy, and vent perfectly. Also, absolutely beautiful, nice storage racks to keep them looking nice, professionally and carefully packed and shipped. Long term....we'll see, I'm very optimistic. No metal utensils.

This cookware cooks really evenly. I do love the safety benefits and performance of these pots and pans. My only complaint would be the discoloration of the pans with a gas burner. It is literally impossible to keep them looking nice. After the first time, it was already discolored. I cooked it medium not hot as they suggested. I wrote to them asking how to clean them and they said to use the sponge that came with it. It doesn’t work and every remedy I tried ie baking soda, vinegar and dawn doesn’t get the color off the outside. Had i known this i would not have chosen cream. They look ugly now even though i have followed directions and hand washed these. They were nice and replaced one pan but would not let me return the unused ones for a darker color. Colors are nice but do not expect it to stay that way.

Having just moved into our brand new home, I wanted a brand new set of amazing pots and pans to match! I had been planning to invest in a Caraway set after seeing them on social media and reading up on the reviews. Let me tell you that I am super happy so far! They are beautiful, the grey color is the perfect match for our kitchen. My first cooked meal in the mini frying fan was breakfast. I will say that it took a little extra time for the pan to heat up, and just with a little oil, the egg was perfectly cooked. I was able to use the spatula to remove it so easily, like a dream. The pan cleaned up quickly, with no scrubbing or fuss required. I have since used the mini pan a few times and am super happy. Worth every penny.
