[Rewarded Review] Ehhh...not what I expected but we'll see
Brooklyn· Review provided by walmart.com · March 20, 2024
I like how you can stack and store these pots and pans. However, they are NOT dishwasher safe like it says in the description. I'm a reader, so upon reading the Users Manual from the actual company it recommends to NOT put them in the dishwasher, but if you do then use a gel or liquid detergent and not the concentrated packs, which is what i use. It says not to put the lids in the dishwasher AT ALL due to the silicone rim. And theres NO HANDLES on ANY of the pots and pans. I didnt notice that, I realize that it comes with two clip on handles which is fine for the frying and sauce pans, but had i noticed that the larger pot doesn't have two handles then I probably wouldnt have bought this set. I bought these for my new apartment that i havent moved into yet so I've not actually used them. I will he updating my review on their overall quality %26 performance after using them for a month or so.
Love the Stainless Steel Set
Nick· Review provided by walmart.com · September 13, 2024
Been using them for months, incredibly practical with detachable handles. This became my favorite set. The negative feedback is unjustified. Non-stick should only ever be used on low heat anyway, get over it people. Get the stainless and don’t worry about the temperature. Handles function awesome when I need to move a hot pan around. Everything is high quality.
Also, just like all stainless pans; they are non-stick if you use them right 😉. Negative review < User Error.
Lastly, this set is awesome. The pots and pans revived my dead dog. Highly recommend.
SS cooks differently, never really non-stick

Not my first stainless steel pan, you really need to understand the difference to best enjoy use of the pan. Heat pan dry, on medium heat till water drops dance, then add oil and wait for oil to heat, then food. My frypan I never use above medium heat, and have not had problem searing any cuts of meat. You should only use higher setting if boiling. Anytime you use SS, do not add salt to water until boiling, as it will give you a white powder look that is not easy to clean out. Also, don't constantly flip food in pan, cook each side until it natually releases from pan. Better look to food and easier clenup.
Does what it's supposed to

Does what it's supposed to. Unpack it when it arrives, or at least when you're ready to use it. Be sure to wash it before using. Put it on the stove and apply heat. When it is the appropriate temperature, put the food you want to cook in it and prepare accordingly. I found that the high quality of this pan required less heat to be applied than other, lower quality pans I have previously owned. It seems to hold the heat applied to it better, requiring less heat to be applied to it. Also, be sure to wash it after you use it each time. Best to let it cool down first before washing.
