Was my favorite

I loved this pan when I first got it , it’s beautiful looks and quality had me sold . But fast forward a few months and it’s somehow lost it’s non stick characteristics it’s still a great pan , but this was instantly my go to egg pan . Now my eggs stick even after cleaning with a melamine sponge and seasoning before cooks , so I’m not sure why ? Eggs used to slide around effortlessly and I loved this 8”Venice . Any advice would be appreciated as this was a high end purchase with hopes of longevity. Thanks
Loses Non-Stick Quickly

Purchased both the 10” pan and the 3QT sauté pan. After a short time the 10” pan started to lose its non stick coating. This led to grime build up that even with the cleaning sponge they recommend, did not help to remove. No issues with the 3QT so seemed odd. Reached out to customer service and they sent me a replacement pan. A few months later, same thing happened. Unfortunately once they sent me a replacement they have fulfilled the warranty. A bit disappointing.
An amazing pan!

This sauté pan is amazing! It’s a heavy duty pan that heats well throughout the base. The meat seared on low flame on my gas stove. I had to use higher heat with my old pans and needed to move food to the far sides to get good searing. I us just a teaspoon of oil in the pan. The food truly slides right out and the pan wipes clean with a damp paper towel! The handle never gets hot either. I love it Without hesitation it’s a great buy!!!
Perfect fried eggs

I am having so much fun with the new pans. The large pan is the perfect size to make four servings (and more) from my meal plan kits. The lid does not come with the pans but I highly recommend it. They are so easy to clean and use. I made my first fried egg and it flipped over without it sticking and without bursting the yolk. Lovely picture perfect eye.

Only downside is you have to wait for the pan to cook before cleaning it.
