Came in a bag which totally crushed the entire advent calendar. It was supposed to be a gift but it looks like garbage. Literally.
Tried to find the “ask us” button to click which is how you contact Kohls. There isn’t a “ask us” button.
Then tried to click the link to order status. It doesn’t work either.
I can’t even get the photo link to work in this review! But trust me the advent calendar looks like a beat up, ripped dented and caved-in box.
So I’m stuck with $50 worth of trash.

While the advent calendar was a nice gift to give, it was in a very thin cardboard container. The way Kohl's shipped this was in a plastic mailing envelope. It was supposed to come in 3-5 days, but came after 8 days. When opening the plastic mailing envelope, the entire advent calendar was crushed, doors open and product loose inside the package. My rating would be a lot higher if it had been packaged properly and arrived to me both on time and in usable shape.

Ordered this as a gift and was truly excited because my wife loves Sephora and advent calendars. This combo is excellent so my issue isn't the product itself but in which it arrived. It arrived damaged and tattered! It was packaged very poorly with just plastic. There was no box to protect it. It was smashed, squished, and ripped. We will never order from Kolh's or Sephora again. I feel cheated.

Bought this as a gift for my daughter. It arrived in a completely un-giftable state. The advent calendar box was completely crushed in. It looked like it had been stepped on before it shipped. Unsure if the products inside are damaged also. Not at all impressed for the amount paid. I should have read the other reviews.
