Description
(1) 電線の端末に設けられる端子金具と、該端子金具を収容する端子収容部を有するコネクタハウジングとを備えるとともに、該コネクタハウジングの充填室に充填される充填剤にて防水をするコネクタにおいて、前記端子金具の電線接続部と該電線接続部に連続する電気接触部の連続部分とを少なくとも前記充填剤中に浸漬することが可能に前記充填室を配置形成する一方、前記コネクタハウジングに嵌合し且つ前記充填室から引き出される前記電線に係合するホルダーを備え、該ホルダーには、前記充填室の開口を横切り且つ一部が前記充填剤中に浸漬されるリブを一体に形成するコネクタ。
本実施形態に係るコネクタ1は、図5に示すように、ワイヤハーネス51の一端に設けられている(ワイヤハーネス51に関しては一例であるものとする)。図5において、ワイヤハーネス51は、高圧用のものであって、3本の高圧電線2(図1参照)を有しており、この3本の高圧電線2は一括して編組52にて覆われている。編組52の外側には、コルゲートチューブ53や筒部材54やプロテクタ55等の保護部材が設けられている。以下、コネクタ1について説明をする。

Claims (2)
- 電線の端末に設けられる端子金具と、該端子金具を収容する端子収容部を有するコネクタハウジングとを備えるとともに、該コネクタハウジングの充填室に充填される充填剤にて防水をするコネクタにおいて、
前記端子金具の電線接続部と該電線接続部に連続する電気接触部の連続部分とを少なくとも前記充填剤中に浸漬することが可能に前記充填室を配置形成する一方、
前記コネクタハウジングに嵌合し且つ前記充填室から引き出される前記電線に係合するホルダーを備え、
該ホルダーには、前記充填室の開口を横切り且つ一部が前記充填剤中に浸漬されるリブを一体に形成するコネクタ。 - 請求項1に記載のコネクタにおいて、
前記リブを、前記連続部分又は前記電線接続部に対応する位置まで延びるように形成するとともに、このような前記リブには、前記一部から前記充填室の底側に延出して前記連続部分又は前記電線接続部に当接可能な延出部を一体に形成するコネクタ。
