Claims (8)
- Rouleau de peintre comprenant un manchon tubulaire cylindrique (6) portant extérieurement un revêtement (9) dont les extrémités (9a), plus longues que celles du manchon (6), sont rabattues à l'intérieur de celui-ci, et deux embouts (7) en matière plastique, emmanchés dans chacune des extrémités du manchon (6) et portant chacun un palier (8) coopérant avec une tige axiale (2) faisant partie d'une armature (B), l'un au moins de ces embouts (7) coopérant avec des moyens (12) de calage en translation longitudinale du manchon et du rouleau sur la tige, caractérisé en ce que chaque embout (7) comprend un corps axial (11) duquel font saillies, en allant de son extrémité pénétrant en premier dans le manchon (6) à son extrémité pénétrant le dernier :au moins une collerette extrême d'accrochage (20) apte à s'emmancher avec serrage dans le manchon,au moins une collerette intermédiaire (22) de plaquage contre la face interne du manchon de l'extrémité libre correspondante du revêtement,et une collerette extrême et externe (23), avec bord périphérique aigu (23a) apte à pénétrer dans la zone de retournement (9b) du revêtement,
- Rouleau selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le manchon (6) du rouleau est en matière plastique injectée et présente, dans sa partie interne et à partir de chaque extrémité, d'abord une zone lisse (26), s'étendant au moins sur la longueur de rabattement, à l'intérieur du manchon, de l'extrémité libre (9a) du revêtement (9), et, ensuite, une zone d'accrochage (27) dans laquelle font saillies des nervures circulaires(28) aptes à coopérer avec la ou les collerettes d'accrochage (20) de l'embout correspondant.
- Rouleau selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la chambre (10) pour le jonc (12) présente, en section transversale, la forme d'un U dont les ailes sont prolongées par les parois (14a) de la cheminée (14) et au moins l'une des parois la prolongeant comportent une saillie (15) élastiquement déformable laissant passer le jonc (12), mais s'opposant à son retrait.
- Rouleau selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'une des parois (14a) de la cheminée (14) est prolongée vers l'extérieur par un volet (16) apte à obturer son ouverture et muni de moyens (17) de liaison par encliquetage aptes à coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires (18) portés par l'autre paroi de la cheminée.
- Rouleau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le palier (8) de chaque embout (7) est juxtaposé à un logement épaulé (13) de plus grande diamètre que lui, débouchant vers l'extérieur et apte à recevoir un bouchon fileté constituant moyen de calage en translation de la tige axiale (2) d'une armature munie d'une extrémité filetée.
- Rouleau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la collerette extrême (23) avec bord périphérique aigu est tronconique avec sa concavité tournée vers l'extérieur.
- Rouleau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque collerette d'accrochage (20) fait saillie d'une paroi tronconique (25) de centrage de l'extrémité de la tige axiale (2) de l'armature, cette paroi allant de l'extrémité interne de l'embout au corps axial (11).
- Procédé de fabrication du rouleau selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les phases suivantes :. a) réalisation par injection du manchon tubulaire cylindrique (6) présentant, à l'intérieur de chaque extrémité, une zone lisse (26) et une zone (27) avec des saillies radiales (28),b) mise en place, sur le manchon (6), d'un fourreau (6) de revêtement ayant une longueur supérieure à celle du manchon (6) , afin que ses extrémités (9a) débordent des deux extrémités du manchon (6),c) engagement d'un jonc (12) dans chacun des embouts (7),d) engagement partiel d'un embout (7) dans chacune des extrémités du manchon (6) en ménageant, entre le bord du manchon et la collerette intermédiaire (22), un espace permettant le rabattement de l'extrémité correspondante (9a) du revêtement (9), ledit embout étant maintenu dans cette position par coopération et serrage de ses collerettes d'accrochage (20) sur la zone lisse interne (26) du manchon (6),e) rabattement des extrémités (9a) du revêtement (9) à l'intérieur du manchon, (6)f) engagement définitif de chaque embout (7) avec encliquetage de ses collerettes d'accrochage (20) avec les saillies internes (28) du manchon (6), plaquage et coincement des extrémités retournées (9a) du revêtement (9) contre la face interne du manchon (6) par la collerette intermédiaire (22) et engagement de la collerette extrême extérieure (23), à l'intérieur du manchon et dans la partie retournée du revêtement (9).
