Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及密封滑动紧固件领域,换言之以如下方式制造即使在预定极限内的压力下也能防止流体通过的紧固件。
背景技术
如已知,这种类型的紧固件包括两条塑料材料制成的带子,其边缘相对,并以如下方式压靠在一起,即由于一闭合滑动件通过造成两组对齐的齿连接在一起,使其提供所需的密封。
这些齿由不同的系统固定到该带子上,其中之一例如描述在专利US-A-2,910,745中,另一个描述在GB-A-2,047,334中。
后者文件描述的系统最为常用在现有技术领域中,以便将所述齿固定在它们将要连接的带子上。此系统包括将该齿形成两个半件,在它们之间插入将要连接的带子的边缘,并将所述两个半件连接在一起并由在该带子上打孔的机械连接装置连接到该带子上。
这种解决方法复杂、实施成本高,并不能保证该滑动紧固件的有效紧密,这是由于液体不管是否在压力之下容易从通常是凸/凹连接器的机械连接装置通过的孔渗透出。
发明内容
由于如下事实本发明的发明人设计一种避免上述缺陷的密封滑动紧固件,即该齿和它们连接的带子由下述方法化学结合在一起的材料制成,该方法是当该齿是通过在它们各自带子上注射模制就位来形成时,它们由化学粘合剂结合在该带子上而没有留下水可渗透出的孔或开口。
为有助于本发明紧固件的结构,本发明人还提供以如下方式在每个带子的每个齿的位置处形成通孔,以便允许注射模制材料通过该孔并使得位于该带子的两侧的齿的两个半件在单一注射模制操作和简化的设备中形成。
本发明提供一种密封滑动紧固件,包括两条由弹性材料制成的带子,它们的边缘相对,并由闭合滑动件的通过所造成的两组对齐的齿的连接使所述边缘相互压靠,其中,每个所述带子包括两层外部层和一介于该两层外部层之间的加强层,每个所述齿包括两个半件,每个半件设置在所述带子的每一侧上,其特征在于,所述齿的半件是注射模制而施加到两个带子的外部层上,所述两带子的由热塑性材料制成的至少所述外部层与所述齿的半件是化学结合在一起,使得所述半件在它们  由注射模制形成的时刻由化学连接粘接至所述带子的相对的外部层上。
现在给出本发明密封滑动紧固件实施例的一些实例的更详细的描述,这些实例相对于由本领域技术人员根据包含所述权利要求1中的教授作出的其他不同的实施例没有限制或局限。

具体实施方式
如果首先参考图1和3,图中可以看到本发明的密封滑动紧固件10(图3)包括两个由两组对齐的齿3,4(图中只示出其一对)连接在一起的带子1,2。
齿3,4沿所述两条带子1,2的相对边缘施加,由于一种已知类型的用于闭合和开启紧固件的滑动件8(见图2)通过,所述带子相互压靠。
如图4清楚示出,所述带子1,2包括两个外部层1e,2e,该外部层会聚并终止在它们相对边缘上的封条6处,该相对边缘由所述齿3,4施压,并在这些层中插入加强层7。
在本发明的紧固件10中,所述外部层1e,2e以及各自封条6由热塑弹性体材料制成。
齿3,4之一分别在图1和图4中可以看到,该齿形成施加在所述带子1,2边缘的相对表面上的两个半件3a,3b,4a,4b,并由合成树脂制成,该树脂例如从包括聚丙烯(PP),聚碳酸酯(PC),聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),聚丁烯(PBT),聚氯乙烯(PVC),聚酰胺(PA)和聚苯乙烯(PS,显然是高密度的类型)的一组中选出。
由已知注射模制方法形成的齿3,4在其形成的时刻由化学粘合剂粘接到所述带子1,2上,保持固定其上,并且没有产生液体不管是否在压力下从中渗透出可能的开口或孔。
如上述,这是由于此结果是通过以下事实实现的,即用来制成齿3,4和至少带子1,2的外部层1e,2e的材料可化学结合在一起。
这是本发明密封滑动紧固件1的基本要求,并且可以使用除了上述列出的材料之外的材料以满足此要求。
为了有助于形成齿3,4的注射模制过程,并同时将两个相对的半件3a,3b和4a,4b连接在一起,本发明人提供在带子1,2的包围在齿3,4的两个半件之间的每个区域中形成孔5i(见图3,4),该孔可允许形成所述齿的注射模制材料通过。(两个孔5i之间的距离P等于该齿的节距。)
因此可通过一连接颈部4r实现齿4的半件4a,4b的固定和可靠的相互连接,使得该齿能够经受闭合和开启紧固件1的重复应力。
最重要的是,当所述过程之后,注射模制齿的操作变得更加简单,采用更简单和成本更低的设备在单一操作中注射模制该齿的两个半件。
为了减小闭合紧固件或闭合本发明密封滑动紧固件10所需的力,本发明人提供以下述方法形成每个齿3,4的后部分3p,4p,即其包括在相对于施加每个齿的带子1,2成一角度α倾斜的表面S。
相应的闭合滑动件8的结构使其压靠此表面S,其中支承表面S1与之平行,使得使用者施加一较小的力R由倾斜平面的作用来增大,以便施加能够在闭合紧固件10期间压缩带子1,2的所述封条6的力R1
为总结本描述,本申请人推荐形成空腔11,该空腔设计成使其在它们部分压缩变形时可容纳封条6,以便在每个齿3,4的相应封条6的附近产生所需的密封。

Claims (9)

1.密封滑动紧固件(10),包括两条由弹性材料制成的带子(1,2),它们的边缘(1b,2b)相对,并由闭合滑动件(8)的通过所造成的两组对齐的齿(3,4)的连接使所述边缘相互压靠,其中,每个所述带子(1,2)包括两层外部层(1e,2e)和一介于该两层外部层之间的加强层(7),每个所述齿包括两个半件(3a,3b,4a,4b),每个半件设置在所述带子的每一侧上,其特征在于,所述齿的半件(3a,3b,4a,4b)是注射模制而施加到两个带子(1,2)的外部层(1e,2e)上,所述两带子(1,2)的由热塑性材料制成的至少所述外部层(1e,2e)与所述齿的半件(3a,3b,4a,4b)是化学结合在一起,使得所述半件在它们由注射模制形成的时刻由化学连接粘接至所述带子(1,2)的相对的外部层上。
2.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于,所述齿(3,4)由一材料制成,该材料从包括聚丙烯(PP),聚碳酸酯(PC),聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),聚丁烯(PBT),聚氯乙烯(PVC),聚酰胺(PA)和聚苯乙烯(PS)的一组中选出,并且所述带子(1,2)的至少外部层(1e,2e)由可化学结合到所述齿(3i,4i)上的热塑弹性体制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于,每个所述带子(1,2)在包围在所述齿的两个半件之间的每个区域内具有一能够允许形成齿(3,4)的注射模制材料通过的孔(5i)。
4.如上述权利要求任一项所述的紧固件,其特征在于,每个齿(3,4)的两个半件(3a,3b和4a,4b)的后部分(3p,4p)包括相对于施加有每个齿的带子(1,2)成一角度(α)倾斜的表面(S),所述闭合滑动件(8)以一与该倾斜的表面平行的支承表面(S1)作用在该表面上。
5.如上述权利要求任一项所述的紧固件,其特征在于,每个所述带子(1,2)的所述外部层(1e,2e)在该相对并压靠另一带子(1,2)的边缘的边缘上形成一封条(6)。
6.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于,所述加强层(7)包括织物材料带。
7.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于,所述加强层(7)包括一组具有高抗弯和抗拉强度的材料线。
8.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于,所述加强层(7)包括能够粘接到带子(1,2)的所述外部层(1e,2e)上的塑料材料网格。
9.如权利要求1所述的紧固件,其特征在于,所述加强层(7)包括能够粘接到带子(1,2)的所述外部层(1e,2e)上的塑料材料条。
